Configuration Issue
The most common portal issue reported by users is the "configuration issue" error message:
This means that the information in your MyVCCCD Login Account does not match information in the MyVCCCD Portal. There are several possible reasons for this:
- You are a new student who has just applied. It can take up to 15 minutes for your MyVCCCD portal account to be created.
Resolution: wait 15 minutes and try again to access the portal.
- You are a returning student or alumni: If you've been away from VCCCD for over 1 year, it is likely that you do not have an active portal account.

- You are an employee. Your portal account has outdated or incorrect information.
Resolution: Contact the District HelpDesk
If you are having a problem with your username or password/password reset, students should contact the welcome center at their campus ( | | ) for assistance. Employees should contact the DAC I.T. Helpdesk.
