Dr. Geoff Ostrove is an Adjunct Professor at Oxnard College.  With a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon in Communication and Media Studies, as well as a Masters in Community & Regional Planning, Dr. Ostrove’s academic research focuses on the areas of , , , , and emerging communication technologies.

Dr. Ostrove also teaches courses in , including Cannabis Law and Cannabis Sales & Logistics courses. , as well as highlights important topics involving politics, public policy, and legality.
